Greetings! Well every journey has its ups and downs and
today my calorie count was up, so tomorrow my weight will surely not be
down. It is at the end of the day and I
have learned a couple things…
1)
There
are a ton of calories in peanuts and raisins alone, so do not add a soda (even
though it is amazingly yummy).
2)
If
your spouse has steamed and halved red potatoes in the fridge and you come home
from errands starving …DO NOT indulge in them. Look the other direction or
shove the nearest celery stick down the hatch for distraction if you have to!
3)
Save
your calories for pizza when you know your going to make it because you love it
and will likely have 500 plus calories in pizza alone.
Today
for whatever reason I just got exhausted and extremely hungry and my mission
became a faint voice in my head. I did
not feel tormented or really sorry about my choices until I entered them into
my food tracker tool. Tomorrow is made
for better choices but I will inevitably be dealing with today’s consequences
because tomorrow is my mid-week weigh in and it cannot be good news. I will keep my fingers crossed for a “get out
of jail free card.”
Here is
what all this rambling is about…1865 calories…only double my target!
