Today I
have to share my small success story. I
have already lost one of the two pounds I gained this week after a day of high
calorie intake. Also, I had leftover
homemade pizza for lunch and I had one piece (it was large, but one all the
same). I have learned in life how small
goals lead to large goals so I am celebrating my healthy practice of moderation
today!
Today I
