Today my family enjoyed “linner” as we call it at a new Thai restaurant featured in the Yakima Herald on 2nd street.  It was good!  I wanted to finish my whole bowl of curry but I left a meager ¼ of rice just to show some sort of sensibility.  My calories totaled about 1020 today:

Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner
Snacks
Smoothie (banana, almond milk, spinach, flax meal, homemade applesauce)
½ veggie sandwich
1 bowl vegetable green curry
1 ¼ cup white rice
Zilch
