Today
our plans to eat out changed, so we continued our tradition of having our
beloved Mexican food while watching our team (Seahawks) play. I came to the table prepared to practice
moderation ahead of time! Maybe this can
work for you also. At the table on top
of my plate I had measuring cups. I
measured my food, put it on my plate and did not consider adding to it. At the end of the day I am at 855 calories:
