Today
was Weigh-in Wednesday and unlike last week, it did not deliver good news…or
bad news. I am still exactly 160. It is a bit frustrating to have progress slow
down after such a successful week one.
However, I already knew there would be times like this…that is why it is
hard and people quit. That is why I have
quit before. In the meantime I am
keeping on track and am going to wait it out.
Also I want to share how much measuring cups
have helped me. I measure all my dinner
portions and keep rice to a half cup.
That has been a great practice for me!
Here’s hoping for better news on Sunday’s scheduled weigh-in! Here is a glimpse of today’s
diet, which equaled about 1175 calories:
