Welcome
to the weekend with all the dietary temptations that come with it! I have an unfair advantage (if you can call
it that). Friday night I got a stomach
bug. I’m not really feeling like eating
too much. So when my family had lunch at
Red Robin today, I was not interested.
Also, we usually make a special breakfast on Saturday mornings. This morning my husband made pancakes and I
had one small, plain pancake. It was
good! I won’t always make that choice, I’ll
have syrup when I want to but today I really did not think I needed it and I am
glad. It takes up calories for no
nutritional value. May we all make those
discretions this weekend! My calorie
count was about 969 today:
